EVIDENCE BEFORE CLAIMS
LET YOUR VEHICLE’S FINISH SPEAK FOR ITSELF.
From severe defects to lighter marks, each correction aims for the best result the paint can safely support.
THE SERVICE-SELECTION RULE
RECOMMEND WHAT YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS — NOT NECESSARILY THE BIGGEST PACKAGE.
Your objective, the vehicle’s actual condition and the limits of the finish determine the sensible starting point.
A one-step correction may be exactly right for one vehicle. Another may justify two steps. A deep scratch may need an assessment before a package should even be discussed.
If a simpler service can honestly achieve the objective, that is the service we would recommend.
Measured paint thickness, defect depth, repair or repaint history, the safe correction margin, abrasive choice, lubrication, pad, speed, pressure, friction, heat and contact time all interact. The paint sets the limits; the chemistry and physics of the system determine how to work responsibly within them.
ASSESS
What the vehicle actually presents, not what a package assumes.
DETERMINE
The level of work required to achieve the desired finish.
EXECUTE
A controlled method adapted to the paint’s response.
STOP AT THE RIGHT POINT
The best result the paint can safely support, without sacrificing the finish unnecessarily.

32 YEARS · ONE SPECIALIST
JUDGMENT IS PART OF THE SERVICE.
YEARS IN AUTOMOTIVE AESTHETICS
The years matter because they help identify what a finish needs — and what it does not.
THE SAME PERSON
Warren assesses the vehicle, performs the work, inspects the result and remains personally accountable for the quality.
ADAPT WHEN IT IS WORTH IT
Experience should guide judgment, not limit it. When a genuinely better method, product or piece of information emerges, it deserves consideration.
“We want you to see what goes into the work, understand the decisions behind it, and judge the result for yourself.”
APPOINTMENT REQUEST
CHOOSE A DATE. WARREN CONFIRMS IT PERSONALLY.
A request is not an automatic booking. Availability and whether the job is a good fit are confirmed based on the vehicle, requested work, location and the conditions the service requires.
Monday through Saturday: requests welcome. Sunday: closed.
We’ll come to you and take care of the rest. Before confirming, we assess the vehicle, work, weather and conditions on site. Electricity is required for all services except headlight restoration. Water is preferred and may be required depending on the service; some work requires a suitable private area or garage.
